🔄 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable service
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse is not eligible for a refund
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

- Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle/delicate cycle
- Use a mild detergent — avoid harsh chemicals or fabric softeners that can break down elastic fibres
- Do not bleach — bleach damages stretch fabrics and prints
- Do not tumble dry — heat weakens elastane/spandex fibres; lay flat or hang to dry in shade
- Do not iron — or if needed, iron on the lowest setting and never directly on prints or embellishments
- Do not dry clean
- Wash inside out to protect prints and preserve colour vibrancy
- Wash separately or with similar colours for the first few washes to prevent colour transfer
- Store folded in a cool, dry place — avoid hanging for long periods as it can stretch the fabric
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
