🔄 Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — we recommend using a trackable service
• Change of mind / buyer's remorse is not eligible for a refund
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

• Important: These care instructions are intended for washable fabric products. For non-fabric items or product-specific guidance, please check the Description tab.
• Machine wash cold (30°C / 86°F) on a gentle/delicate cycle
• Use a mild detergent — avoid harsh chemicals or fabric softeners that can break down elastic fibres
• Do not bleach — bleach damages stretch fabrics and prints
• Do not tumble dry — heat weakens elastane/spandex fibres; lay flat or hang to dry in shade
• Do not iron — or if needed, iron on the lowest setting and never directly on prints or embellishments
• Do not dry clean
• Wash inside out to protect prints and preserve colour vibrancy
• Wash separately or with similar colours for the first few washes to prevent colour transfer
• Store folded in a cool, dry place — avoid hanging for long periods as it can stretch the fabric
